Stillwater Block 34 Artists Community |  Downtown Stillwater

The city of Stillwater, OK asked Studio Architecture to provide conceptual images for a proposed development in downtown Stillwater, near the town hall building.  This project was envisioned as an artist fellowship program in conjunction with OSU to provide residency for artists via loft style apartments in a live/work setup.  Commercial space on the ground floor would provide Stillwater with a walkable community starting point building off of successes with similar zoning changes on Mainstreet.  

I spent a week producing a conceptual design for the site to entice additional investors.
