Choctaw Durant - WSKY Bar

During the closeout of the Durant expansion project, I did a quick restaurant refresh in the existing grand casino.  The client requested a cigar / whiskey lounge that had a similar brand feel to the 1832 steakhouse, acting as an extension of the 1832 brand feel on this side of the resort.  The existing space was an old Starbucks so the kitchen was small limiting the menu affecting the number of guests to serve. 

Given the speed of this refresh project, our renderings served as conceptual estimate exercise with a design-build contractor require a very accurate and detailed image.  The end result is a good comparison of current Vray software realism to the real images at the end of the page.  Renderings completed in 3ds Max and Vray using forest pack pro, railclone pro, chaos render farm, and assets from a variety of third party modelers.  Revit was used for the construction documents.  

Lighting was a critical component of setting the dark, moody, feel the client was after.
